Workflows & Documentation:

Develop end-to-end post-production workflows with clear operational documentation.

Talent & Oversight:

Source, hire, and manage editorial and operational teams, including staffing plans and resource allocations in partnership with your team

Project Management:

Daily tracking, weekly status meetings, and continuous oversight of resources in partnership with your designated point of contact.

Systems & Organization:

Set up, organize, maintain, and archive projects; prep and update necessary documentation.

Creative Support:

Perform music and SFX searches; light graphic and end card creation; problem solve and escalate issues as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with multiple partners and teams to execute delivery.

Finishing Services:

Online Editing, QC, and final exports included in the retained team’s services. (Color correction and/or audio mixing deliverables requiring offsite finishing are available at an hourly rate with prior approval.)

Embedded Presence:

Teams are embedded onsite, provided office space and infrastructure are available, with full access to functional edit bays.

Agency Backup:

Seamless access to Create’s full agency resources for overflow—billed through a preferred rate card.
